Minsk: Comprehensive teaching in Belarus does not threaten neighbors

The bilateral complex teaching that began in the Armed Forces of Belarus does not threaten neighboring countries. This was stated by the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Gulevich, BelTA reports.

“We work out the issues of protecting our state and improving the level of training of our troops. The number of participants in the exercise does not exceed the values ​​established by the Vienna document of 2011,” Gulevich said.

According to him, the doctrine is the logical completion of the preparation of the management bodies of the operational and tactical levels. The active phase of the exercise will last from September 22 to 26.

“The system of control of the troops and weapons will be improved on the teaching. At the same time, the peculiarities of the doctrine will be a complex dynamic situation and the use of landfills and areas of the terrain in three areas. This will force the students to make non -standard decisions for defeating the conditional enemy, as well as for the maneuver on his own and means, control points in the conditions of changing the situation, ”said the head of the General Staff.

He noted that much attention will also be paid to reducing the cycle of managerial decisions to defeat the identified objects. In addition, the operational territory of Belarus will be mastered in the framework of the protection of the state.
