President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko gathered a meeting of the Security Council. On Thursday, April 3, the press service of the Belarusian leader reported.
The Belarusian leader, opening the Council of People’s Commissars, reported the need to discuss the situation in each of the national security spheres.
“We have to consider the results of the work done, the state of national security in the past 2024 and, most importantly, measures to strengthen national security, – said Alexander Lukashenko.
In this regard, for the first time in the format of the meeting of the Security Council, it is necessary to subject to subject to the situation in each of the nine spheres of national security (political, economic, scientific, technological, social, demographic, biological, information, military, environmental), the head of state noted.
Lukashenko added that the issues discussed at the meeting are fully affected in the concept of national security, which was approved by the All -Bybolo -Russian People’s Assembly. The President emphasized the strategic importance of this document, which affects the main interests of citizens, including guarantees of peace and security, both today and in the future.
“First of all, guarantees of peace and security. Not only today, but also in the future. Although in some countries working with documents revealing the essence of the processes in the country and the world is deeply classified,” the head of state noted.
The participants in the meeting were members of the Security Council, invited officials who, within their competence, are directly responsible for the specific spheres of national security, monitor dynamics for each indicator.
“I got acquainted with the report. A comprehensive document. You will give it an assessment. I want to aim at the serious work. I would like to hear a real assessment of the situation directly from each of you. Clearly, objectively report on the problems that we have. All issues that will be discussed must be taken into account when preparing the Epistence of the President of the Belarusian people and the National Assembly. It is very important to speak out who is very important. I do not agree with where there are still narrow places and, most importantly, what else needs to be done to solve these problems, ”the Belarusian leader identified a number of issues.
