Since the last months of last year, the State Labor Inspectorate under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection is monitored by employers with the employers of compulsory insurance with employees through the subsystem “Notice of Labor Agreement”.
As reported by Haqqın.az in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, this agreement provides for mandatory insurance of workers from accidents at the production and loss of professional working capacity as a result of occupational diseases.
In the course of control carried out through the electronic system over the past period, it was revealed that 72 employers were terminated by their treaties unilaterally due to not the conclusion of a compulsory insurance contract or not paying insurance premiums. As a result of the measures taken, the conclusion of the contract with employees was ensured.
also found that in this area, 156 employers made administrative offenses, and therefore measures are taken in accordance with the legislation.
Note that the integration of the electronic information system of the compulsory insurance bureau in the subsystem “Notice of Labor Agreement” made it possible to ensure operational and effective control in this area through the electronic system. This led to an increase in the number of employees with whom a compulsory insurance contract was concluded against industrial accidents and loss of professional disability as a result of occupational diseases.
