President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on improving the social and living conditions of the heroes of the Patriotic War of Azerbaijan and their family members, reports the official website of the head of state.
According to the order, the persons who were awarded the title of “Hero of the Patriotic War”, as well as family members of those who were assigned to posthumously, will be provided with apartments.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population is entrusted to regularly inform the President of Azerbaijan on the work carried out and solve other issues arising from this order.
According to the order, providing apartments of the persons specified at this disposal, is carried out at the expense of apartments that are transferred to the Balance of the Ministry of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan, or acquired by the Ministry for this purpose.
The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan is requested on the basis of the appeal of the Ministry to ensure the transfer of apartments on its balance sheet for the Balance of this Ministry to the goal specified at this disposal. The Cabinet is instructed to solve issues arising from this order.
