The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population has prepared a new bill on amending the law “On the Rights of Persons with Disabilities” in order to fully ensure the rights of persons with disabilities. The project has already been represented in Milli Majlis.
As reported by Haqqın.Az in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the project contains a proposal to take into account the missed time when you re-establish disability within 6 months after the end of the disability period.
This means that if the person was again appointed disabilities during the period of up to 6 months after the end of the disability period, this new assumption of disability will be issued on the date of the end of its previous disability period. During this period, social payments will also be produced.
