Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population to ensure the transfer of District (Urban) authorities of the Executive Authority on the apartment queue of the families of Shekhid and Disabled War in electronic form provided a new series.
As reported by HaqQin.Az in the press service of the Ministry, with the help of this service the process of registration of these citizens to the apartment queue is already electronized. Employees of district (urban) executive bodies through the E-field locations will enter into the system and confirm the accuracy of the information and documents of the citizens necessary for their recording for the apartment queue. Thus, at the end of the electronic registration process, on the basis of this data, the Agency of social services will conduct relevant work on the implementation of the process of apartment support. Electronization of registration for the apartment queue will serve as modern principles of work, its transparency and efficiency.
Through the E-service, data on beneficiaries will also be made on the upcoming stage. Social services agency specialists also conduct trainings on a new series and procedures for using it for relevant employees of district and city authorities.
E-service is integrated into the centralized electronic information base of the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Justice. In the future, it is also planned to integrate the system with an electronic information base of civil services on property issues under the Ministry of Economy.
