In January-September of the current year, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan and its structure adopted 343,469 citizens. Of these, 2,366 were adopted by the management of the ministry and its structures (in the video format), 341 103 – in the reception centers of the ministry and its structures, told in HaqQin.az to the Mintruda.
For the first 9 months of this year, the provision of answers to written and electronic circulation of 960,223 citizens was provided.
Of all the appeals to 313 215 were provided with answers from the ministry and its structures, at 594,762 – from the side of the hotline 142, by 52,246 – by means of social networks.
Each appeal was considered in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, the adoption of relevant measures on issues that were reflected in the appeals of citizens.
