Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, during a speech in the country’s parliament, said that the observant mission of the Organization of the Collective Security Treaty (CSTO) would arrive in Armenia on September 15.
“We will calculate that the mission will arrive tomorrow. Our application was properly discussed in the CSTO Council, it was decided to send an observation mission, and we hope that the mission will arrive tomorrow, September 15,” Mirzoyan said.
