Most of the missing people during the Karabakh conflict are military personnel, said the head of the publication department of the Baku representation of the International Committee of the Red Cross Ilah Huseynov.
According to her, since the 1990s, that is, from the beginning of the conflict, a total of 4,500 people are considered missing. “3 800 of these persons are registered in the Baku and Bardinsky offices of the International Red Cross Committee. 80% of them are military personnel,” Huseyova said.
