The punishment for wearing a prohibited St. George tape in Moldova threatens 36 senior officials, they can protest this in court, said the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic Anna Revenko.
“Thirty -six high -ranking officials who wore the St. George ribbon on May 9, received summons and drawn up protocols in their name. Those who want to sue, have every right, we live in a country where democracy is rooted,” said it Revenko on the TV channel TV8.
According to her, former presidents of the country, deputies, advisers and deputies of the People’s Assembly of Gagauzia were among the violators.
