Individuals and economic agents who have an impact on the environment with their activities will be required to compensate for the damage and take a direct part in the process of environmental recovery.
The bill, which contains more clear provisions in this area, was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday, November 13th.
The purpose of the project is to prevent and eliminate damage caused by air, water or soil, on the principle of “pollutant,”.
Thus, the negative impact on the environment will be reduced and the process of climate change.
The measure will also contribute to minimizing the negative impact on human health and increasing awareness of the seriousness of environmental damage.
In the future, a methodology for calculating environmental damage and the Regulation on the establishment and application of forms of financial support will be developed.
