Mongolia and the European Union will expand cooperation in the field of economics and investment.
Foreign Minister of Mongolia Batmunhiin Batzeceg and the European Union ambassador to Mongolia in Marchyulinet discussed bilateral relations and cooperation, Montsame reports.
During the meeting, the parties noted that thanks to the joint efforts of both parties, relations and cooperation between Mongolia and the European Union have been significantly strengthened in recent years, and the successful implementation of projects funded by the EU made a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of Mongolia.
The parties confirmed the readiness to continue cooperation based on political understanding and trust, as well as deepen interaction in the field of economics and investments to achieve the goals set forth in the long -term development of the two countries.
Diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the European Union were established on August 1, 1989.
