This was stated at the official negotiations of the Foreign Minister of Mongolia Batmunhiyne Batzesg with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Commonwealth and International Development of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland David Cameron in Ulan-Bator, reports Montsame.
The main topic of negotiations was the issues of bilateral cooperation. The heads of foreign policy departments of the two countries agreed to expand cooperation in the areas of trade, economics, culture, education, tourism, digital government and geology.
The goals of the long -term and medium -term development policy of Mongolia “Vision 2050” and “New Policy of Restoration”, as well as the possibility of cooperation within the framework of the goals of the National Movement “Billion Trees,” were discussed.
After official negotiations, Batzesz and Cameron signed a “road map to bring bilateral cooperation to the level of a comprehensive partnership.”
A roadmap will serve as a basic document for determining the future cooperation based on long -term relations between the two countries leading to a comprehensive partnership and concluding an agreement on partnership and cooperation. The roadmap determines the directions of cooperation in the field of trade, investment, mineral resources, the environment, education, science, technology, health and human rights.
