In Montenegro, the government still fails to form. Universal elections in Montenegro were held on June 11. Four months have passed, but the new government has not yet been formed.

President of Montenegro, Yakov Milatovich, after the elections, entrusted the formation of the government Miloko Spayich, one of the leaders of the European now (PES) movement, who served as Minister of Finance in 2020-2022.
Milatovich emphasized that the parliament should complete the process of forming a new government within 90 days, and although 60 days have passed since the process, the country has not yet been created.
