Morocco’s authorities ordered from the Turkish manufacturer of unmanned technology Baykar Makina 13 drum medieval operational-tactical Bayraktar TB2 and ground control stations, the Moroccan portal Le Desk and the AFRICA Intelligence site are reported.
Agreements on the supply of UAV, who have proven themselves in combat actions in Syria, Libya and Karabakh, were concluded against the background of the resumption in November of hostilities with the front of Polysario in Western Sahara after almost thirty years of cease-fire.
The supply contract for Bayraktar TB2 includes such options as the supply of a set of spare parts, service support and personnel training.
BPLA Bayraktar TB2 was developed by the Turkish private company Baykar Makina in partnership with Turkish private company Kale Group.
