The Russian Ministry of Defense said that Moscow invites UN experts and the International Committee of the Red Cross to the camp to the place of death of Ukrainian prisoners of war in Elena, BBC reports.
The statement of the department says that this is done “in the interests of conducting an objective investigation of the blow to the pre -trial detention center in Elena”.
The Ukrainian side denies that she was delivering any blow to the prisoner of war camp.
Kyiv previously demanded from Moscow to allow representatives of these organizations to this object.
