According to him, the permission was received by Afghans, who have a Russian passport; Students who learn in Russia, but remained in Afghanistan because of the pandemic; Ex-employees of commercial structures that have permission to work in Russia and the appropriate visa; Persons who have a residence permit.
At the same time, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that four aircraft of Russian military transport aircraft (WTA) with citizens of the Russian Federation and other countries flew out of Kabul to Russia, Interfax reports.
