Moscow and Dushanbe took control case of murder of Tajiks in Russia

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Russia take on special control of the incident in the village of Zarai Irkutsk Region, as a result of which citizens of Tajikistan were killed. The head of the two countries of Siroddin Mukhriddin and Sergey Lavrov agreed about this during a telephone conversation on November 25, and Sergey Lavrov, Fergana reports with reference to the press service of the Tajikistan Foreign Ministry.

It is noted that the interlocutors “discussed in detail” the incident under Irkutsk.

“Mukhriddin drew Lavrov’s attention to the need to carefully investigate the incident and punish the perpetrators of the crime,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

On November 12, as a result of a fire in the household in the village of Zarai, two citizens of Tajikistan were killed, five more were taken to hospital with burns and injuries. A fire was preceded by a fight between the locals and Tajikists who worked on one of the construction sites in the village. Both sides struck each other. After that, arson was performed, in which migrants lived.

In fact, the Regional Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case on several articles.

several people involved in the incident were detained, from among the villagers, as well as three immigrants from Tajikistan.

Residents of the village claim that the cause of the conflict was the margin of migrants to local girls. According to the witnesses of the incident from the Tajik side, the conflict provoked the villagers themselves who began to insult visitors. According to them, “a lot of” people who closed the door of the trailer were participated in the attack on the household and began to shoot on it, and then set fire to it.
