Moscow And Yerevan Discussed Peace Agreement Between Armenia And Azerbaijan

Russian Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov held a telephone conversation with a colleague from Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation following negotiations.

According to the statement, the parties discussed the regional agenda, including progress in the coordination of the text of the peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan.

“The heads of foreign policy departments discussed topical issues of the bilateral, regional and global agenda. The progress was highly appreciated in Moscow in the coordination of the text of the peace treaty between Yerevan and Baku,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

The Russian diplomatic mission added that “the ministers discussed the schedule and content of the upcoming interstate contacts.”
