Russia will return to the discussion of a grain transaction if “specific results” on the implementation of the memorandum for the removal of Russian grains and fertilizers.
This was stated by the Russian media by the official representative of the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova.
According to her, the UN has three months to perform a memorandum with Russia for the export of Russian grains and fertilizers.
According to the diplomat, Russia agrees to return to the implementation of the agreement only after specific results on the implementation of the Russian part of the transaction, and not the next “assurances” and “promises” of the UN and the West.
Earlier, the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the grain transaction stopped its effect.
According to the Kremlin representative, the Russian Federation is ready to consider the possibility of returning to agreements if the requirements of the Russian side are fulfilled.
