The Moscow Court of the Moscow Court fined Google 3 million rubles for failure of inaccurate information about the “special operation” in Ukraine.
“to recognize Google to be guilty of an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and impose a punishment in the form of an administrative fine of 3 million rubles,” the judge, whose words quoted TASS.

According to the case file, a notification was sent to the company about the need to delete videos on the YouTube portal, which contain information about the methods of illegal penetration on protected objects, which can be dangerous for life and health, as well as rollers that contains False information about the “special military operation” in Ukraine.
Earlier, the same court has repeatedly fined Google for administrative offenses, the last time – in May 3 million rubles for YouTube videos with the promotion of non -traditional sexual relations, rowing and discrediting the RF Armed Forces.
