Moscow is expecting compliance with ceasefire and Yerevan

“Moscow expects that an agreement on the ceasefire between Yerevan and Baku will be respected.” This was announced at a briefing by the official representative of the Foreign Ministry of Russia Maria Zakharova.

She noted that after the first agreement on the ceasefire there were again shootings, but yesterday a new agreement was reached.

Zakharova urged the parties to show restraint, solve all problems with a political and diplomatic means, including within the framework of the work of the bilateral commission on the division of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border with the advisory assistance of Russia.
