Moscow is negotiating with Ankara about helping to create a Turkish fighter fifth generation, RIA Novosti said the Director of the Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation (FSVTs) of Russia Dmitry Shugaev at Dubai Airshow exhibition.
“Russia repeatedly expressed his willingness to assist the Turkish Republic (in creating the fifth generation fighter), while we are at the stage of negotiations on this project,” said Shuguev.
