Moscow once again announced readiness for dialogue with Kyiv … without assumption

Russia is open to dialogue with Ukraine without preliminary conditions, said Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, Russian media reports.

The Russian diplomat suggested that the chances of resuming negotiations will grow if Kyiv is “ordered from the corresponding capitals.”

Earlier, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak again voiced the conditions of Kyiv for negotiations: the liberation of Ukrainian territories captured by Russian troops, the payment of reparations, a military tribunal and recognition of international law.
