Ex-head of the investigation department of the abolished Ministry of National Security Movlam Shikhaliev, his former deputy Yasin Mammadov, the former head of the 2nd department of the investigative department Vusal Alekperov and the ex-head of one of the departments of Sahib Alekperov are deprived of numerous awards. Such a decision was made by the Baku military court, reports Apa.
As previously reported, the Baku military court sentenced M. Shikhaliev to 12 years in prison. Also, in court it was decided to confiscate property in his name and in the name of his family members. The property on which the arrest is imposed will be confiscated in favor of the state.
by the verdict of the court, Movlam Shikhaliev is also deprived of the title of Major General.
