According to him, there is no mechanism for protecting the rights of officials in Azerbaijan.
“This is dangerous. The state spends years to form officials, provides an opportunity to accumulate experience. However, each appointed new minister dismisses experienced officials under various pretexts to provide the work of their classmates, friends or even worse – relatives. Unfortunately, so far The mechanism of protection of the official class is not formed. And it is regrettable. To do this, serious measures should be taken. “
Deputy noted that if the official was hired by some illegal way and if there are confirmation facts, then it can be reacting.
“But the ministers dismissed the official who has worked for 20-30 years, only under the pretext of the formation of his team. This is the wrong approach. This tradition needs to stop.”
