Mubariz Mansimov filed a complaint for ex-minister of Interior of Turkey

Turkish businessman of the Azerbaijani origin Mubariz Mansimov filed a complaint to the Istanbul prosecutor’s office at the former Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkey Mehmet Agara. The reason for the complaint was the statements of the Turkish ex-minister about Mubariz Mansimov on the pages of the media.

Note that recently Mehmet Agar said that Mantsov Mucamim visited several times in the United States in the US Fetho Gyulen’s leader.

“He regularly traveled to Gülenu. Personally, I know about 10 such visits. Once he went with me. The state was aware of my visits,” the ex-head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

In his complaint, Mubariz Mansimov notes that this statement of Mehmet Agara violates his right to a fair trial and is an attempt to interfere in the process.

Mansimov indicates that despite the fact that he spent under arrest for about a year, it was proved in court that he was not a member of Feto.

Recall, Mubariz Mansimov was arrested on charges of ties with the terrorist organization Fetö. He was sentenced to five years conditionally and exempt under judicial control.
