Deputy Commander of the Southern Military District, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov in the evening of November 17 arrived from Baku to Yerevan.
Armenian media reports that Muradov delivered the body of one dead Armenian soldier, transferred to the Azerbaijani side.
Previously, the media reported that there were no prisoners on board. Muradov will hold negotiations to develop a mechanism to prevent armed incidents between the parties on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, outside the zone of the responsibility of Russian peacekeepers.
