The trial over Zaur Yusifov and Hasan Tagiyev, accused of killing a criminal authority in Baku, ended. The verdict was announced in the Baku Court of Grave Crimes chaired by Judge Faiga Ganiev.
According to the sentence, Hasan Tagiyev was sentenced to 18 years in prison. The involvement of Zura Yusifova to the murder has not been proven, and therefore he was justified. Yusifova was released in the courtroom.
The scandalous murder occurred on the night of May 10, 2019 in the Binagadinsky district of Baku, in the 6th microdistrict. Tagiyev inflicted several deadly knife injuries by Emine Safarov, earlier several times convicted. Zaur Yusifov was arrested on May 12 on suspicion of committing a crime.
Emin Safarov was known in the criminal world under the nickname Emin 444. It was presented as the nearest comrades for the criminal authority of Nadir Salifov (lot of Guli). Zaur Yusif, the world champion in kickboxing. The murder of H. Tagiyev was previously convicted, and before the commission of the buses worked as a bus driver.
According to the available data, the cause of the conflict was the “arrogant attitude” of Tagiyev to Safarov. Hasan, Alumin’s envy, called him that the latter found disrespect and promised to punish Tagiyev. “Disassembly” between them lasted for some time, and finally, in one of the next disputes of Tagiyev killed a criminal authority.
