A preliminary investigation was completed in the criminal case of a 44-year-old resident Baku Vidadi Museibov accused of killing his wife.
According to the Haqqın.az correspondent, the criminal case materials were sent for consideration by the Baku court for serious crimes. The criminal case is conducted by Judge Sabukhi Huseynov. The preparatory court session is scheduled for March 7.
The murder occurred last year on November 11 in the village of Mashtag, the Sabunchinsky district of Baku. The district prosecutor’s office received information about the murder of 38-year-old Sevinj Museyboova. The investigation found that the crime was committed by her ex -spouse Vidadi Museis: he inflicted numerous blows with a knife.
In fact, a criminal case was opened. Vidadi Museyibov was detained as a suspect.
