The founder of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, denies that he was talking with Russian President Vladimir Putin before sending Twets about a peaceful settlement in Ukraine, Russian media write.
“No, this is not true. I spoke with Putin only once, and it was about 18 months ago. The topic was space,” said Musk.
The fact that Musk was talking with the Russian president before proposing the conditions for concluding peace between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, American political analyst Jan Bremmer told VICE. According to Bremmer, Musk gave him that Putin was “ready for negotiations”, but only if Crimea remains Russian, Ukraine will be neutral and recognizes the annexation of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions.
