The investigation proven that the soldier Temkin Nizamioglu died as a result of torture. An exhumation of the body of a soldier was carried out, and the fact of torture was confirmed by the conclusion of forensic expertise.
According to Qafqazinfo, Lieutenant Temkin Nizamioglu served in Termer and was a participant in April battles.
The soldier was on the exercises when he was unexpectedly recalled, detained, delivered to the village of Shirharh and subjected to torture.
May 15, 2017, Temkin’s family was informed of his death, and the body was taken to the Hordebad. At this time, the father of the serviceman Nizami Guliev was in the mountains and asked to wait for his arrival.
Despite this, Temkina Nizamioglu was buried in the village of Darkend of the Orenbad district without the participation of parents. The serviceman was buried in a coffin, which was forbidden to open. The funeral participants were informed that the lieutenant died of heart failure.
After the family members began to complain, they were given an official medical certificate that Temkin Nizamioglu died of pneumonia, associated with acute pulmonary failure.
However, subsequent events testify to some mysticism in this strange business. Five years later, on May 11, 2022, in the presence of representatives of state departments, an exhumation of the body of Temkin Nizamioglu was held. To the surprise of the forensic experts, the body of the soldier remained imperishable. It was as if some supernatural force did not allow hiding traces of torture, which the lieutenant was tortured. It was found that the serviceman was beaten with a blunt subject, numerous fractures remained on his body.
