The Minister of Emergency Situations of the Nakhchyan Autonomous Republic, Lieutenant General Shama Abdullaev, dismissed the post of emergency. Colonel Shakhin Mirzoev was appointed new Minister of Emergency Situations, Apa reports.
The new minister was presented by the Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Kamaleddin Geydarov.
