NATO Secretary General Jens called for the speedy delivery of new weapons to Ukraine, writes the German edition of Tagesschau.
“At this decisive moment of the war, we must provide Ukraine with heavier and perfect systems, and we must do it faster,” Stoltenberg said after negotiations and at a joint press conference with the new German defense minister Boris Pistorius in Berlin.

According to Stoltenberg, Ukrainian forces should be able to repulse the Russians.
“Not just to survive, but to win, return the territory and exist as a sovereign, independent state in Europe,” he said.
The question of whether NATO allies will supply the main combat tanks to Ukraine, NATO Secretary General said that negotiations were ongoing. He expressed confidence that the solution would be found in the near future. At the same time, Stoltenberg recognized the help that Germany has already provided to Ukraine.
