The North Atlantic Alliance does not know what true intentions are the Russian government in relation to Ukraine. This was announced in the BBC Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg.
According to him, the organization “has uncertainty in the question of Russia’s intentions in Ukraine,” reports TASS.
At the same time, Stoltenberg made it clear that NATO was not going to send troops to Ukraine in the event of a military conflict between Kiev and Moscow – the Alliance focuses on the supply of weapons to Ukraine and the development of sanction measures against Russia.
