NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte as part of his visit to Ankara, along with the accompanying delegation, visited the company Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI).
Secretary General was accompanied by the head of the Office of the Defense Industry of Turkey Haluk Görgun and the general director of TAI Mehmet Demiroglu.

According to this information, Mark Rutte with the accompanying delegation visited TAI.
“We and the NATO delegation, led by the Secretary General, held an important information and consulting meeting on our defense industry,” the report said.
Gergun noted that they took a productive meeting, during which the parties emphasized the importance of Turkey in NATO and the need for sustainable cooperation with NATO countries in the field of defense industry.
“During the meeting, we also presented a presentation of what engineering level our country has reached in the defense industry, about our air, ground and naval platforms.
