Telephone negotiations between the presidents of Turkey and Syria, Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Bashar Assad, are not relevant. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Chavushoglu.
He noted that the Russian leader Vladimir Putin and other Russian officials made proposals about this, but the Turkish side said that it would be useful to hold a meeting of scouts.
According to the minister, some time ago, these meetings were suspended, but new meetings have already taken place.
