The Chairman of the Milli Majlis Sahib Gafarov met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Azerbaijan Serzhan Abdykarimov.
As reported by HaqQin.az in the department of public relations and press Milli Majlis, Sahib Gafarov said that the development of associations of Azerbaijan with friendly Kazakhstan attracts great importance.
Speaker Milli Majlis emphasized the development of inter-parliamentary relations, noted the cooperation between the groups of friendship, operating in the legislative assemblies of the two countries, the importance of mutual visits of the Azerbaijani and Kazakh deputies, as well as their regular meetings in the framework of influential international parliamentary organizations
In turn, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Azerbaijan Serzhan Abdykarimov thanked Sahibu Gafarov for the warm reception, pointed out the successful development of Kazakhstan-Azerbaijani cooperation in the economy, culture and the humanitarian field. As Sergean Abdykarimov emphasized, the glorious victory of Azerbaijan contributes to the strengthening of peace and security in the region. According to the ambassador, Kazakhstan has always supported the right position of Azerbaijan.
At the meeting, an exchange of views took place in connection with the pandemic, according to the events and other issues in the region, which is interested in both sides.
