Neqsol Holding will allocate funds for the reconstruction and restoration of the Gazakhian teacher’s seminary within the project implemented by the ADA University. The project will be carried out in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding, signed on October 1 in the city of Gas Representatives of the Public Association “Regional Development” of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Foundation of the University of ADA, Neqsol Holding and Confederate of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan.
By signing the Memorandum, the parties pledged to reconstruct and restore the historic building of the seminary in Gazach in order to revive its educational traditions. After the signing ceremony, the General Executive Director of Neqsol Holding Yusif Jabbarov took part in the panel discussion.

Gasakh teacher seminary was founded in 1918 as the succession to the Azerbaijani branch of the famous Transcaucasian teacher’s seminary. Among its graduates, a number of outstanding Azerbaijani writers, teachers and public figures, who contributed to the social, cultural and scientific and educational development of the country. In the Soviet years, the seminary functioned as a pedagogical technician up to its closure in the middle of the 20th century.
