On the eve of the online format, the II International Forum “New Challenges in Education” was held, at which world famous speakers came up to the Azerbaijani audience. This forum plays a very significant role in terms of discussing new challenges and exchange of views among the participants.
Forum held under the slogan “from the initiative to implementation,” covered issues such as virtual education, international assessment, leadership, the skills of the XXI century and sustainable development.
Opening an entrance speech of the Forum Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev noted that the educational processes in Azerbaijan faced new realities. There were new opportunities in the post-conflict period to ensure the current generation of good education.
Also, the minister positively appreciated the use of new technologies due to the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the educational process.

Speaking about the key points of development of education, the world-famous professor touched the teaching technique. According to him, the practice and freedom of thinking is very important.
