The WhatsApp developer team has announced the addition of new functions to the popular messenger. According to foreign media, users will access a private audience selector, thanks to which it will be possible to configure categories of persons who can view statuses.
Other new option was voice statuses. Now whatsApp fans will be able to add not only texts, images and videos to the statuses, but also voice recordings up to 30 seconds. In addition, after adding a new status around the person’s icon, a certain warning ring will appear in the list of interlocutors.
All listed options will be available over the next few weeks.
