The new members of the Government of Moldova took the oath in the presence of President Maya Sandu and Prime Minister Dorin Republic, reports Moldipres.
The ceremony was held by the building of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Moldova. The state anthem of the Republic of Moldova sounded. President Maya Sandu wished new ministers success in work.
Vladimir Bole will head the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development. The new Minister of Agriculture and the Food Industry will be Lyudmila Katlabuga, an entrepreneur of forty, who is now holding the position of executive director of the Association of Milk Producers of the Republic of Moldova. The post of Minister of Internal Affairs will be occupied by Daniel Misail -Nikitin – current Secretary of State of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Changes in the government the night before was announced by Prime Minister Dorin Rechan. The decision was made public after a series of consultations.
The changes occurred after Maya Sandu during the pre -election campaign stated that if the president re -electing before the end of this year, certain changes will occur in the ruling team.
After the second round of the presidential election, Prime Minister Dorin Repecas said that he would make proposals for changes in politics and government, since voting citizens very clearly stated that it was necessary to make certain changes.
The Cabinet of Ministers led by Dorin Republic began work on February 16, 2023.
