According to the newspaper, the Tel Rifat area actually turned into the PKK base, from where attacks on the Turkish military are planned, including using cars filled with explosives. From the Ain al-Arab region, there are often attacks on Turkish checkpoints, in recent days there has been an increased activity of militants. In Manbij, where the Turkish military attacks are often made, the Center for the training of militants and the training of the use of drones is also located. According to the Turkish military, there are about 3 thousand militants there. According to the representative of the National Coalition of the Opposition and Revolutionary Forces of Syria (Nurses) Yusuf Mahli, which is referred to by Yeni Safak, the new operation of the Turkish army in the northern Syria will allow the region to cleanse the terrorists and ensure the return of about 2.5 million Syrian refugees from Turkey.
The command of the Turkish army, led by the Minister of National Defense, Hulushi Akar is currently in border areas, local media reports.
