The Baku Regional Testing Laboratory of the Azerbaijani Food Safety Institute (AQTI) achieved successful results in the next qualification tests organized by the British company FAPAS – according to the parameter for determining fatty acids in oils.
This process in the laboratory is carried out using a gas chromatograph according to the international ISO method.
It should be noted that the laboratory has previously achieved success in the tests conducted by FAPAS and LGC Standards.
In the Baku Regional Testing Laboratory, microbiological, toxicological, physical and chemical studies of food and agricultural products, feed and drinking water in accordance with international standards and legislation of Azerbaijan are conducted.
