Norway Court Rejected Petition Of Norwegian Killer Breivik On Early Release

The regional court of Norway rejected the petition for the parole of Anders Breivik, who committed the massacre in the country in 2011.

The court has already rejected the second passing of Breivik, nicknamed the “Norwegian killer.”

The court decided to leave Brayvik in custody, since he still poses a threat to public security.

It is noted that Breivik continued to undergo rehabilitation, but could not achieve sufficient progress in the framework of this program.

“Norwegian killer” Breivik

In June 2011, Anders Breivik led an explosive device laid down at the complex of government buildings in Oslo, as a result of which 8 people were killed. A few hours later, Brayvik opened a random fire in the summer youth camp of the working party on the island of Utya, as a result of which 69 people were killed. The killer was sentenced to 21 years of imprisonment – the maximum term according to Norwegian legislation.
