According to him, the Russian Gazprom and the Turkish state -owned company Botaş have prepared a road map and are currently underway in this direction. “I hope that it will be signed in the near future, which will allow us to advance in the implementation of the project,” he said.
He noted the feasibility of creating an electronic trading platform for Europe, in the first southeastern in order to form price quotes depending on the volume of natural gas sold through a hub.
Novak recalled that Turkey and the Russian Federation implement important projects in the field of natural gas. “We work with Turkey for gas supplies to the Turkish market for domestic consumption both in the” blue stream “and on the first thread of the” Turkish stream “, as well as to the countries of Southeast Europe on the second line of the” Turkish stream “. Gazprom and Botaş jointly implement these projects, the corresponding pipelines are successfully functioning. Deliveries are carried out completely in accordance with the design capacity.
