As the Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) reports, fatal illness spread in 34 states of Nigeria, including the capital of Abuja.
The Nigeria government reported that it has determined 3 drugs to treat this disease.
Last year, 1227 cases of infection of Lass fever were identified in Nigeria, 219 of which ended death.
For the first time, Lass’s fever was discovered in Nigeria in 1969 in the state of Borno in the northeast country.

Lass fever is transmitted through contacts with feces of rats and mice. This dangerous disease has the ability to be transmitted from a person to a person and can lead to deaths.
