Number Of Those Who Died In Philippines Due To Tropical Storms “Butchy” And “Karina” Increased To 39 People

The number of floods who died as a result of the floods and the crews of landslides caused by tropical storms “Butch” and “Karina” in the Philippines increased to 39.

According to local media information with reference to the National Council of the Philippines to reduce risk and natural disasters, tropical cyclones caused excessive precipitation, floods and landslides throughout the country.

The number of deaths due to tropical cyclones “buchi” and “Karina” grew to 39 throughout the country, 15 of which fell on manila and 8 in the Kalabarzon region.

About 5 million people were injured from storms, in total, 2005 buildings were damaged, and in 118 provinces and districts an “Emergency situation” was announced.

Many roads were temporarily closed due to floods and landslides for most of the country.
