The number of those who died as a result of the crash of the ship in the Democratic Republic of the Congo increased to 28 people. This was announced by the representative of the local authorities Kut Jacques Nzenza Monja.

The incident took place on the Lukeni River in the west of the country. The ship hit the trunks of trees under water, because of which it turned upside down.
According to Monge, 120 people survived and saved. About 150 people are listed as missing.
