The number of methane who died as a result of an explosion in a coal mine in the Iranian province of South Khorasan increased to 34.
This is the official Iranian news agency IRNA was announced by the head of the Crisis Situations of South Khorasan Muhammad Ali Akhundi
The incident took place in the Tybes area.
According to Akhundi, search and rescue work is currently ongoing in order to rescue 18 people left underground.
